Very straight forward menu and POS System The food is great (and employees get a substantial discount) Lots of opportunity to interact with guests, be yourself, and have a great time The fast pace is nice (they are always very busy) so you're never sitting there bored at work Once you get your foot in the door you can quickly move up in the business if you are dedicated In general, if you like working with people this is a great place for you!
