I joined at MSS PAYMENT on 20-oct-2018 as Customer service executive and still working . I would like to share my view which i feel about this organisation which im currenlty going through.
1.Relaxed and productive atmosphere
2.Commitment to excellence in work bence
3. Open and honest communication from Management related to the company product and growth
4.Cooperation, support, and empowerment from all my collegue and respective managers
5.Compassion, respect, and understanding from Management End.
Flexibility in thinking broad and free to make valuable decision related to our projects.
6. Repect for womens at all times
7. Allow you to think out of the box and boost.
8. The best part is CEO himself get involve to guide and train if any employee is finding difficult in any project.
9. We get salary with in 15th of every month - But Knowledge matter more - ( As per my experience )
With all the above points i would also like to share about my acchivements in Mss payment
Now im a Project Manager handling almost 5 to 6 project with the help of CEO, VP MANAGERS Guidance and im happy to continiue and would always like be a part of MSS PAYMENT and grow together.
Cons
I dont think there would be any disadvantage when your positive and harworking candidate and ready to accept challenges at your work place.
Unneccassary things comes only when a candidate is not up to the level of handling the work load and pressure and think out of the box.
