Pros
The people and culture is fantastic. I found myself excited to go to work everyday. A mostly flat hierarchical structuring, especially around the developers, so there was a lot of room for progression. While I was there as an iOS developer, they allowed me to learn Android and begin working on projects, which was hugely beneficial for my own career development.
Cons
When there's little work to do, there's little of anything to do, so you'll have to figure out what to do by yourself. This is sometimes a good thing, as it gives you time to learn new things when there's no project work.
