Pros
The most appreciated pros is the culture that promotes harmony and most of the co-workers are with good attitudes that could cultivate vibrant cultures
Cons
Management never recognise workers' contributions 'formally', instead recognition only apply on those workers with so-so performance but with longer serving term. Management tend to be indecisive to take action for the sake of improvements.

Cons
- Management and managers misguided, biased, and dont set good example. Scolding people out loud with vulgarity in meeting, attitude like sexual harassment, take advantage and bullying teammate openly. HR like to say we are family but this is not how we treat our family with RESPECT
- HR supposed to solve problems but ask us to go discuss with manager ourselves. If I can solve then why ask HR?
