      Very frienly colleagues who always willing to help Hybrid to work from home for long term Flexibility and trust given is really amazing Salary and benefits I'd say not bad at all Definitely recommend this company for long term working

      Career path might not be as good as other big company The working processes sometimes mess up, create unnecessary works and troubles

      - Colleagues helpful and nice - OK office space with snacks - Strategic connect to LRT

      Cons

      - Management and managers misguided, biased, and dont set good example. Scolding people out loud with vulgarity in meeting, attitude like sexual harassment, take advantage and bullying teammate openly. HR like to say we are family but this is not how we treat our family with RESPECT - HR supposed to solve problems but ask us to go discuss with manager ourselves. If I can solve then why ask HR?
