      Product market fit 99% remote High growth

      Cons

      Lack of leadership. Big ideas, little action. Toxic burnout culture. Lack of trust in employee’s. Micromanagement yet little to no incentive for achieving goals. If you want to fix something, expect a bottleneck. Don’t expect to be paid on time.

      Pros

      Mudflap is a scrappy, mission-driven team working to modernize an industry that’s long overdue for a refresh. The pace is fast, the impact is real, and your ideas are genuinely heard. You get to build alongside smart, motivated people, and there’s a strong sense of ownership and camaraderie. We work hard, but we also have a lot of fun doing it. If you’re a builder who’s excited by growth, impact, and creating something meaningful from the ground up, this is a great team.

      Cons

      The pace and ambiguity aren’t for everyone. Work-life balance can be challenging at times, and because we’re building as we go, plans and priorities can shift quickly. You need to be comfortable operating without a lot of structure.
