Taken for granted not even slightly appreciated - Manager Mulgowie Farming Employee Review

due to understaffed structure the work load expectation is insane. The demands are extremely high. 60hrs a week is considered normal when on salary but no extra pay or time off. Vert thank less job with a 'you can be replaced at the drop of a hat easily" mentality. Very poor work homelike balance. Very high stress. Highly not recommend. Doing above and beyond is expected but far from appreciated. the more you do the more that is expected. The culture is to use until burn out then move on.
