Pros

- Ok place to start as a creative - Fairly stable as far as advertising goes - You will learn a lot if you're looking to work long-term in advertising - Long-time employees are some of the best in the business - You'll get to work with internationally and locally-renowned brands if you're looking to beef up your portfolio

Cons

- A super unhealthy obsession with awards that teams are overworked - OTs are OTYs most of the time. There are OTs that can be bundled up into offset days though but still. - Pay is lower than industry average - The mental health allocation is so needed because of how toxic the culture can get - No proper training on people promoted to management roles - Favoritism is quiet albeit rampant - Say goodbye to work-life balance

Pros

HR staff are friendly and helpful, they'll really provide support from your first--up until your last day.

Cons

-If you are an introvert, I cannot recommend you this company. Performing on Christmas parties is a HARD requirement. Like some of us just wanna clock-in, work, and then log out. They dont need to dance/perform for entertainment, its part of their "culture". -Let me be clear, this is an isolated case. Not all Managers are like this. The Manager I had was more like a specialist--not a Manager. The technical skills are there but the way he/she manages people--it needs improvement. (Will just keep it vague)
