Pros

I’ve been working as a Leasing Agent with Multifamily Management Inc. for a year and a half, and it’s truly been a rewarding experience. This company genuinely values its employees—not just as workers, but as people. From day one, I’ve felt like part of a family. Leadership makes it a priority to get to know each employee personally and build real connections, which creates a positive and supportive work culture. What stands out the most is how understanding and compassionate they are. Life happens, and they recognize that without holding it against you. That level of empathy is rare in the workplace, and it makes a huge difference. Every year, they host a company-wide conference to recognize and celebrate the hard work of their team. These events are not only motivating, but they also provide valuable training and insight into how we can grow within the company. It's clear they are invested in our success. One of the things I respect most is their commitment to promoting from within. Opportunities for advancement are given to current employees before hiring externally, which shows their dedication to career growth and development. Overall, I highly recommend working at Multifamily Management Inc. If you're looking for a company that truly cares, supports your growth, and treats you like family, this is the place to be.

Cons

I really do not have any cons.

Pros

My Pros for the company is that the owner is working on this property to update it since 1983. We all are so excited.

Cons

The most challenge is the residents who have guest and tend to over stay their welcome without reporting to the office.
