Pros

Only pro Is you will make good friends in this prison.

Cons

Firstly the Hr Manoj Kakkar he is the most toxic guy, he will talk sweetly, tries to act Nice but inside is an evil man. He has Destroyed Hopes and Dreams of people And most of the seniors are sexual predators. In lunch they roam around on the ground Floor, stalk Women and what Not. There Product, They take demos from company for example Netflix or prime video and will make the developers demand make exact copy of those with little or no resources. They do live events which is there money earner, that is fast paced development only good thing. They handle backends of fairly poor or soft porn industries like alt Balaji, masti and all because they offer cheap services. Most Importantly. the Ceo Vikas Samota, that guy has contacts and he leverages these contacts to sell product that are not made, he just sells product in the air, that product does not exist. I have no words how evil kind of a man he is just like hr. To new joiners don't join, they will sign a 2 year bond with seriously low salary, you won't be able to survive in Gurugram.

Pros

As a Technical Manager, I got good exposure to handling large-scale projects, team coordination, client communication, and end-to-end delivery ownership. The company provides opportunities to work across multiple technologies and encourages taking responsibility.

Cons

There is always room for improvement and better alignment between business expectations and technical capacity will improve product quality and team efficiency
