      Very clean and professional atmosphere. Management is hands on with the projects and gets involved unlike other places I have worked.

      Cons

      Monotonous at times but that is the only complaint.

      Pros

      Very enjoyable environment to work in. Great experience to understand how manufacturing business works. Also a fun opportunity to see programming applied in a real world scenario.

      Cons

      Would enjoy the chance to work remotely/hybrid.
