Good place but need changes - Recruitment Consultant Multimind International Employee Review

Multimind has contact with international companies such as Samsung.

The employees at Multimind are very young, confused and there is a high employee turnover. The assignments are not as promised as Multimind don't understand the work description from the client. I was employed to a role that was completely different from what Multimind promised. When they realized I wasn't fit for the role (the mistake they had done themselves) they used me for 6 months and then just before the probation period almost was over they decided to fire me for no valid reason. The reason for firing me was not explained to me. I was completely used and lied to. Please stay away from Multimind. They use international vulnerable people to earn money from the big well-known brands such as Samsung etc. The salary and conditions are very bad. There are no work ethic, no safety and no reliability.

They are pushy, manipulative and disrespectful. They lie and put you in situations where you have no choice but to do as they want. They are very greedy as well and are willing to cross boundaries and even bully in order to get what they want. They count on you being weak and hunt for innocent less experienced or freshly graduated/ Immigrant background employees so they can exploit them. I would stay away from their dirty games if I were you!
