Significant learning in terms of developing profiles from junior to senior to execute consultancies. Digital products developed focusing on business needs. A leadership mindset oriented towards developing proper processes.
Cons
I believe that many times, management was swayed by lofty management jargon rather than focusing on the employees who, day by day, learning and iterating, developed great products for the company's clients. Regular employees had many good ideas or development skills and couldn't develop just because of that. I think we need to improve cognitive biases with employees."
