First of all, most of the positive reviews are forced by HR/managers and are fake.
Actually the way they treat their employee speaks a lot about how they treat their customer as well.
-Unethical managment style
-They just recognize their favorites and ignore the great work of others
-Toxic culture
-They mess with Rep's Commission-some are still fighting for it legally
-No security, every now and then someone is fired or people leave, still don't think attrition is a problem for them
-In the last few months, almost 70% of leaders from different department resigned
-Racist comments and playing favorites is common (even top leadership)
-Don't care to follow the process, everything is just random
-VP/Dir have no power, just taking instruction from the top
-Irony is, they are in the business of labour law & compliance etc. But they mess with their employees in every possible way. Reason why they dont prefer people in some countries-Strict rules-they know they can't mess in those countries.
