If you have other job opportunities, do not consider this company. Many employees join and leave shortly after realizing how toxic the environment is. This place is not sustainable for anyone who values professionalism or mental well-being. Employees are pressured, sometimes even forced to write positive reviews on Glassdoor, which creates a very misleading company profile. The leadership, including the CEO, has a culture of belittling employees, during calls. Management shows little to no respect for boundaries or employee dignity. The environment is toxic, stressful, and emotionally damaging. High turnover rates are the norm, not the exception. If you absolutely need a paycheck, this might be a temporary stop—but keep your options open. You can and will find better.
