Pros
I have worked at Multitone for some time and know many colleagues have been here even longer and I think that is due in part by the family mentality the company has in the various departments and also in some cases interdepartmentally. This depends on whether these departments mix frequently or not in their day to day business. Whether in the engineering (service) or development or elsewhere in the company, people are given the opportunity to put forward ideas and help shape the company and I feel in my time (well over a decade) that I have had a positive input into the company and its future.
Cons
No company is perfect and Multitone is no different but I do think the positives outweigh the negatives quite drastically. For me the biggest bug bear is the companies desire to reduce costs. But this is a standard for all companies that wish to be profitable and therefore successful so I do understand the reasons behind this.
