Cons
The company is growing, and this is a good sign. However rapid company growth often induces employee stress from the unreasonable but temporary workload increase, updating technology, adding office space in already tight quarters, etc. It's important not to get hung up on what's wrong, but to focus on how all these changes will pave a path for a better tomorrow. Growth is an opportunity to define the future and the role each of us will play in it.
