Pros
Hours were okay Some staff members friendly. Honestly cannot think of any other pros
Cons
Certain staff members deliberately cause fights and screaming at each other across desks. Total lack of managerial skills Better being managed by a gaggle of geese Terrible communication between staff and customers. Terrible at updating systems and customer records making it hard to follow up complaints. A lot of customer complaints. No discipline for the nasty staff members and totally ignored when took issues to the head of the company. High staff turnover becasue of atmosphere in the customer service department
