Pros

Pay is good for the area.

Cons

Literally the most dysfunctional company I have ever seen in my entire life. Their business philosophy seems to be "If you don't do your job, it's your fault. If we don't do our job, it's still your fault." The company is run by incompetent sociopaths who have fired or driven out all the good managers and supervisors and replaced them with loyal henchmen and sycophants. They have implemented a weekly rotating swing shift for a plant that only operates 5 days a week. There is absolutely no reason for this, unless you are vindictive enough to actually want your employees to suffer from constant sleep deprivation. Turnover has skyrocketed. Employee morale has plummeted. Everyone who has been able to find something else has quit. Everyone who has been able to retire has retired. Management is aware of this and they are either too arrogant or too stupid (or both) to care. Of course, for them to face the reality that there is a problem they would have to possess the capacity to admit fault and take responsibility for their own stupidity. Narcissists and sociopaths lack that capacity. This company is a sinking ship. The money is not worth putting up with the stupidity and the abuse. Once they finally succeed as busting the union they'll be just another sweat shop paying people $11/hour to work like dogs. Stay away.
