Pros
I've been working at Mundo Media for over 5 years now and have been happy throughout. I've worked in larger and smaller organizations and no other environment that has been equally as rewarding and nurturing as Mundo has been over the last 5 years of my career. Management is exceptionally open to feedback and new ideas, so much so that everyone, myself and my peers, feel involved in the process of making Mundo Media a tremendous success. I could mention the perks: free lunches, fully stocked fridge, summer/flexible hours, amazing parties (this is a company that plays every bit as hard as it works), but those are merely bonuses: being a part of Mundo Media is its own reward
Cons
The industry is quite demanding, especially given Mundo Media's global presence. As such, hours can sometimes be long. Management, though open to feedback, doesn't always do as well with performance feedback.
