      Pros

      Fantastic work environment, incredible room for growth within the company, killer benefits (unlimited vacation, ya'll!), dog-friendly office (with views of the empire state building!)

      Cons

      Internal bumps with project management, but those are to be expected at a new company.

      Competitive salary and benefits, great work culture, pet friendly, supportive, innovative thinking, very collaborative, people first mentality, lots of travel opportunities

      Cons

      More self development opportunities as the staff is very busy with client work and does not always get a chance for self development.
