Not much room for advancement. Management does not provide proper training, high expectations.

Benefits are okay; the line of work is interesting; depending on the managers, work schedule can be flexible and there are annual events for employees.

No support from managers, high expectation / criticism, little training opportunities, high pressure to meet deadline, egocentric managers and co-workers.
