The CEO and leadership team were supportive and available when you need help. Your communication skills and market knowledge develop super quickly, and the analyst team has a really good culture - made some great friends there. Good place if you want to break into asset management and don't mind grinding it out for solid exit opportunities.

Hours are long and the pace is intense, especially during training. Starting salary isn't amazing but you have to think of it as paying for the experience and connections you get.
