      - Friendly co-workers - Good working env - A lot to learn in the first few years - Good healthcare insurance

      Cons

      - Management not transparent sometimes - After 4 years in the same position, not much to evolve - Good ones do all the job and take all the stress, not so good ones are much more relaxed, and you don't see big salary and bonus difference among them
