      Great start-up salary, great culture, very good onboarding program, continuous development training, flexible working hours, vacation days higher than the market average, interesting and challenging topics, and a pioneer in agile framework methodology.

      Cons

      The career path is not well defined (you have to do it on your own). Salary raise after 3 years at work is less than the market average
