Pros
Murex skills are in demand. Good benefits although many were cut recently. Salary slightly above average but cannot compared to same role in banks, maybe better job security than banks.
Cons
People are overworked, no work life balance. Flat structure with no clear career path and growth opportunity. Performance review and bonus are arbitrary. Good performers are punished with heavier workload. "Best" advice from manager "Just have to stay long enough until your turn"
