Pros
Very diverse work environment with so many different nationalities. Flat working culture, very project based. The Singapore office is the headquarters of APAC so there's quite a lot of oversight of regional projects. Pretty good pantry, sometimes there are fun company activities and after work events, depending on the crowd you hang out with.
Cons
Murex is always expanding so some processes might be messy and there can be quite a lot of ad-hoc work. As mentioned, management is predominantly French speaking and the hierarchy is pretty flat, so there's no clear path for advancement unless one takes a lot of initiative and puts himself out there.
