Pros
- You learn so much in a short amount of time with no day being the same. There was never a time when I didn't have something to do.
- There's no cattiness that you might expect from a firm of over 50+ women (and two men), everyone's lovely and goes above and beyond to help you learn.
- Perks are great and they really want to ensure everyone is happy.
Cons
- Burnout--there's a set amount of accounts that each position is expected to be on, but it got very overwhelming very quickly.
- Distribution of work is not spread evenly with AEs, SAEs and AMs doing a majority of the brunt work--this is fine, but management needs to recognize and keep this in mind so as not to overwhelm each member
