There appears to be a significant disparity in compensation, with senior leadership receiving substantially higher pay, often tied to decisions that seem to prioritize their own interests over the broader organization. The culture can feel highly individualistic rather than team-oriented, with limited collaboration and support across levels. Additionally, there is a noticeable presence of workplace gossip that extends from senior leadership down through the organization, which undermines professionalism and morale. I also experienced an incident involving an inappropriate and racially insensitive comment from a member of senior leadership, which was deeply concerning and disappointing. Overall, based on my experience, I would not recommend working here.
