      Stable per- week payment, Medical Insurance, Very good dispatcher.

      Cons

      Old rucks, Big downtime, No delivery contracts, you always depend on broker, absolutely no ability to plan your trips.

      Decent hours, decent pay. $12/hour, not really much room past that.

      Lied about raises. Said they would give $.50 yearly raise, never happened. Bad scheduling
