Pros

Murray McIntosh has been a really good place to work. The training it provides when you come in with no experience in the industry is very helpful. Having new open planned offices means that you can speak to and learn from management as they get on with their days. Including the MD of the business, Adam. He has lots of knowledge and processes and experience to pass onto anyone who is willing to listen to him. The welcome that you get from everyone the moment you walk through the door is good and it is a place you can fit into very easily. They take part in a lot of social events and sports events which is always fun to get involved in.

Cons

No parking Hours can be a bit long

Pros

Great training and benefits. I recieved a certificate for an industry recognised qualification after 12 weeks, but recieved continued training and support, with a continuous focus on growth, as opposed to identifying areas of inability. I also saw colleagues and top performers completing training programmes for senior roles, this is an excellent sign that i would have continued to see training had i chosen to stay. Management were genuinely supportive, and the team is small enough that hard work does not go un-noticed. This agency genuinely operates with an ethos based on looking after clients and candidates, and you are encouraged to ensure you act responsibly with both handling their data, and with looking after their best interests. Incentives are incredible, I went to Prague 2 weeks after joining the business, and to Croatia 3 months later. Commission is incredible, there are people in this office making Rockstar money and it is completely achievable for anyone who believes they can do it, and works to earn it.

Cons

as you will find with all recruitment companies, the hours are longer than your standard 9-5, and whilst i was never put under any pressure by management to work extra hours, i felt i needed to in order to compete in this industry. although many of my colleagues and many higher performers did not need to work as much as me. Management are excellent at both table-tennis and beer pong, and will consistently beat you.
