Pros
I love to learn and to help people. Michael never left a person without help. He has a big turnover because this reason. The coworkers are very sensitive and good heart people with the most vulnerable individuals. Every day I feel good for what I do and what I achieve. It is rewording to konw that in doing your job, you are doing good to many families. The boss is very reachable and easy to talk to. If I had a problem, I talked to my boss and everything get resolve. I worked since 2014, I did my LLM and I returned to the job. The firm is very friendly and all the coworkers are like part of my family. I case of a mistake always the boss will be in your side giving you all his support.
Cons
Very busy all the time but the boss never question if you need to do a personal thing or you need to have an extra vacation. The boss understand everything and everyone.!.
