      Pros

      There are no pros. I would give this company zero stars if possible.

      Cons

      The company is very disorganized. The interview process was tedious. 2 Assessments and 4 separate interviews with every staff member, and the last one was with the CEO. As stated in the previous reviews, I also noted a toxic work environment. I have no doubt that the CEO micromanages because he is involved in every process. Overall, this company does not care about your time.

      Pros

      Most members of the team are empathetic, hard working, and sincerely caring. Some bonds were made during my time here that I hope to carry with me for life.

      Cons

      Middle management, specifically the 4 senior managers of customer support.
