The people you meet while working here make it almost worth it. I had the pleasure of making some of my closest and most dynamic friends while working for this company. Also it is really great to see the kids grow and develop into accomplished musicians/actors.

Administration staff is paid a low hourly rate when the job really calls for a salary. Because of this well qualified administration leave to pursue companies that offer more long term career benefits. A lot of micromanaging from the top down, making it difficult to provide good customer service. The balance between art and business is shaky at best.
