Pros

Tons of different instruments to work on, from all different brands, and no owners/customers to deal with. You really get a chance to hone and perfect your skills in real time, with no real consequence to it. They will also pay you your hourly wage to learn other skills on the clock - like electronics repair or painting - if you really kiss up & pretend to be their buddy. Really great employee parking lot.

Cons

No room for advancement. Absolute cap on how much they’re willing to pay - you will NOT make $20/hr here. No respect for employees, Do not ask a direct question of management - they will NOT answer you directly.

Pros

With an elaborate guitar repair process, you could gain everything you need to know about guitar repair in about 6 months.

Cons

Compensation is not that appealing, following that, there is not much hope for a raise. Management is demanding and dictates your value on a number you get out. The Employee Turnover rate is quite high with a big portion being termination. All of the main cores of a healthy work environment ( respecting the employee, paying what one is worth, ability to advance in the company) is non existent.
