This organization can’t keep a Human Resources manager due to Council being overly involved in staff issues due to beinf related to most of the community staff. There is no accountability from C&C to the receptionist level.

Council are bullies (ones who have been on 15 + years) , demanding and request ludicrous asks that fall under nepotism. Illegal and irresponsible, they seem to think that funding from provincial and federal streams are for their members programs are for their personal interests that keep those who vote for them happy.

Excellent workplace atmosphere and supportive administration.

Excessive oversight on workers shifts using dayforce.
