no pros. I was the only employee who worked highest period there.

No work ethics. Its like a school. you should not move from your place. you should not talk to people. Hikes are a joke here.(Literally zero hike). Most dangerous thing. Once you are in the job, you cant escape, you cant move to better company. they will not provide experience certificate. Everyone who left this organization is gone fighting with the management.
