Pros
Lovely people to work with from the middle to junior levels of staff. Cool office space and great 3-2 hybrid work policy. Good worklife balance.
Cons
Senior management team hover over every single detail of your work like insecure hawks. No autonomy nor support to make decisions that actually improves projects - instead decisions only get support when it strokes an ego or falls in line with outdated thinking from convervative senior management, there is no room for innovation and fresh ideas get dismissed, not supported. Unfair favouritism that happens among senior leadership that lets certain people get away with murder by delivering subpar work because they brown nosed their way through. Projects values to the outside world that does not match what they say or do internally - its also not as progressive as they claim to be. Senior management will gaslight you into thinking that you are absolutely terrible at your job and they do not bother with offering constructive feedback on how to improve things. Instead, they will keep beating you down on what went wrong and never mention what went right. In a phase now where there is less creative work done and more digital / performance media work being pushed to clients to varying degrees of success. Outdated methods of working when it comes to delivering creative and digital projects. Lost a bunch of key clients between end of 2024 - beginning of 2025 with no growth or wins in the pitch pipeline to replace that lost revenue. A creative agency that does not deliver creative work nor do they foster creative thinking or creative talent - this will be a creative graveyard for your career. Do not come here.
