Pros
- Family friendly workplace to some extent
- Engaged consultants with good credentials to conduct a very detailed employee effectivenous survey that produced some very very Accurate indicators of organisational conduct and performance.
Cons
- Get used to senior staff taking the credit for your proactive ideas (ie you'll be told its not practical, only to see it reported as an initiative to senior staff.)
- Salaries pretty discusting consdering the work loads
- No direction from some in the Exec team
- No assitance to prioritize workload with the response being "all of it"
- Recognition for job well done or good results has to be extracted - you wont be told otherwise
- No interest in employee efficiency, so long as the job gets done eventually
- You will encounter a lot of promises at interview and in early stages, but the become "non core promises" once you start to call on thoses promises.
- High staff turnover
- No interest to reatin good staff
- Senoir staff rewarded financially via contracts for good outcomes, but not for the remainder of staff.
- Org wide survey highlight some very bad practices, and these are being ignored, with "plans put in place", but no observed intent to rectify issues identified.
