Pros

You get to meet people from different countries, learn nuances that allow you to grow and leave

Cons

Favouritism is so strong they’ll keep reprimanding you for useless things that was from their direction to begin with if they don’t like you. It’s their way or the highway so you’re not allowed to think outside the box if they don’t like you. But if you’re one of the favourites, you get to be so performative as much as you want even when you suck at your job. They’re the hardest people to work with, very self righteous.
