Although it's grown significantly, there's still lots of room for high impact work, ICs can jump in and quickly solve problems especially on the DS side.

I personally see excess work life balance as a con, nonetheless it's definitely not a 40hr/week kind of place. Everyone in the NYC office is extremely dedicated to growing the product and has incredible work ethic.
