The full time staff. You're either part of the clique or you aren't, and it'll be obvious. Not feeling appreciated for your hard work. Poor communication style. Not open to your opinion if you aren't full-time. So much turnover in staff because they either fire you without cause, or make it so unbearable that you quit. I feel badly rating them so poorly because I believe in the mission and the lives of all the dogs they save. It's basely soley on the management.
