The pay and work/life balance is amazing.

I dont have any negatives to say at the moment.

Good pay. Work mostly by yourself and at your own pace. Good incentives for route drivers. I've heard it's the best pay for drivers for the big beverage distribution companies. Great and cheap insurance.

Your body will physically take a beating after a while. Unless you are at the Charlotte or Raleigh branches there really isn't any way to advance in the company because of how the branch is set up. Drivers are also made to do other things than drive the trucks, I never signed up to do extra. And not all the branches do the extra stuff.
