No con that I can think of

The partners are always fair and genuinely concerned about their employees. They go out of their way to make the office a nice, productive place to be. The hiring process has been revamped over the past two years and as a result the calibre of people in the company is very high. A healthy work/life balance is encouraged by all. I can't recommend Mutually Human highly enough.

The pathway to equity isn't clear. It's hard to know how to progress within the organization.
