It is very fun and fulfilling to interact and teach kids different topics. Great first job for someone perhaps in high school wanting to earn some extra money on the side.

The parents of these kids pay the company way more than what you earn in salary, and taking into account adapting your general schedule to 45 min - 1 hour sessions, especially when the tutoring lessons are spread out through the week, it makes you loose time, and it feels a bit inefficient. I did my tutoring on zoom.

Flexibel arbetstid. Bra timlön. Givande att se eleverna utvecklas. Lätt att få jobbet.

Det tar lång tid att sig till och från eleverna och mycket sena avbokningar från eleverna. Upplever inte heller att man har stöd från verksamheten. Inga bra möjligheter för utbildning eller utveckling.
