Pros
Easy to contact management,
you learn a lot teaching kids,
management often called to see if I wanted a new student so I didn't need to hunt for them myself.
Cons
The extra pay you got for the time to meet up students living a bit outside was not enough, could take me 2h to get there amd back and for that I would get 80kr extra,
when meeting the students I would not know if I would work long or short so the money for the month was uncertain,
I got no real tips or education for how to teach, I just got a lecture about study technique that I could not apply to my students,
I had to fill in a form after each time I met a student that had questions that were more or less just pandering to the parents and didn't help the children in my point of view,
they also had an raise system were you got 5kr/h more if you had worked for 100h, with a job were I only got like a few hours a week that feelt a bit insulting cause it would take quite a while to get there and the raise would not even be enough for a pizza a month after taxes.
