It pays reasonably but the customers are awful to deal with and I would not recommend this role if you don’t like being abused on a daily basis.

Treated like a child Abusive customers Poor training High expectations for little compensation Poor management Can’t leave your desk to go to the toilet without being probed about it - akin to being a prisoner.
