Cons
This is by far the worst place I have ever worked. Not only are management completely self centred and incapable, they also engage in illegal practices - such as asking female interviewees if they 'plan on having children'. I have also overheard racist comments from the CEO. Not only this, but the staff are treated like children - with breaks timed down to the minute, talking not allowed in the office etc. It is made out to be a 'family run' company, but the CEO actually forcibly took over the business from his family. Staff are paid terribly and treated even worse. The work itself is boring at best, and although they advertise room for growth, there is none. Avoid at all costs.
