You sometimes get free food

Cold environment, pretty physically demanding

- Had a great manager at the time - Moved to big facility and office but it smelt like cheese - a bit far for some people

- Eventually got made redundant the whole design team out of the blue, which was insane (including the creative lead) - They started using agencies and then still flunked - Marketing team that was all over the place - Alot of inefficent briefing and top down managment - Was kind of lacking culture? Not particularly a fun place to work, can kind of tell everyone just does their job and goes home
