Pros
I began my career with My-Take a few weeks after graduating college. As a recent college grad, I was very nervous entering my first career and finally putting my Marketing degree to good use after 4 years of studying.
My-Take made my transition from school to the "real-world" very easy. On day #1 I was given a tour of our small office, introduced to everyone on the team, and set up at my desk which was already equipped with a calendar, notebook, pens and a welcome message from my trainers & supervisor.
I'd say that the biggest pro you will get out of working with My-Take is the experience. Like I said, I am a fairly new college graduate, but I feel as though I've been in the market research industry for years. While the company is constantly growing, it's still relatively small, which means each employee has more responsibility, more empowerment, and more of a voice to share your opinions or new ideas. The co-founders and upper management are extremely approachable and truly listen to their fellow employees to make the best work environment possible.
Cons
I'm actually struggling to think of a downside. I'm a part of the Events Committee and we throw too many fun events?
